MSW: A Writing, Art, and Gratitude Journal
Find joy in your journey
I’m thrilled to announce that MSW Publications is underway. I’ve officially added a second book to its roster.
Making this dream come true in 2025 hot on the heels of my 2024 release is a dream come true. My second book is in bookstores now!
My Several Worlds: A Writing, Art, & Gratitude journal is designed to remind you there is joy to be found with the little things in life.
Use this journal to learn about yourself. Track your health, pain, symptoms and moods; and use it for art therapy. I’ve taken care to include all the things I enjoy in journaling to ensure you have fun with this book! Welcome to a tiny corner of My Several Worlds!
Carrie Marshall (formerly Carrie Kellenberger) is a disabled artist and published author. She is a Canadian support group leader, patient advocate, and disability rights activist who lived in Taiwan and Asia for 23 years before having to return to Canada in late December 2025 because of an unsafe situation for her health.
Carrie is the author of MySeveralWorlds.com, which is an award-winning site that connects, educates, and inspires patients living with chronic illness and chronic pain.
Carrie creates books for everyone, especially for Spoonies.
She teaches people how to use art and words as coping tools for chronic illness and chronic pain.
Carrie suffers from Psoriatic Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and MECFS. She is well known for her art therapy series. It focuses on artists around the world who use art as a pain management tool.
When life hands you lemons, create!
Never underestimate the kind of beauty that chaos can bring to your life when you’re willing to focus on something beautiful.

My Coloring Adventure for Spoonies
My Several Worlds: A Coloring Adventure for Spoonies offers pages of inky delight to remind you that you are strong, beautiful, and uniquely you.
You are NOT broken!
This book is made for Spoonies by a full-time Spoonie who has used art as a coping tool for chronic illness and chronic pain since 2009.
MySeveralWorlds.com is about the worlds that I live in and the boundaries that blur between my worlds as I move through them.
