Whenever I hear about the travel blogging community working for charity or raising awareness on environmental issues, it does more than just warm my heart. It inspires me to do more.
This is why I’m so excited that a little travel blogging project organized by Tripbase.com has exploded into a monster charity project – the first of its kind – that benefits everyone involved.
Last year, I helped kick the project off by writing about my top three travel secrets/tips.
Six months later, the project has grown into epic proportions with over 200 prominent travel bloggers contributing their best travel secrets.
Tripbase, the founders of this project, took all that content and produced not one, but seven travel e-books, featuring everything from beaches, food, and family travel to general travel tips and destination guides.
Seven FREE travel e-books. And that’s not all.
Every download (whether it’s one e-book or all seven) helps raise money for an outstanding cause called Charity: Water.
Download your free e-book(s) here or download by following the link from the badge in my sidebar.
Tripbase is not only making these e-books available to everyone for free, but they are also going to donate $1US to Charity: Water for every download up to $15,000US.
Charity:Water provides freshwater wells and clean drinking water in developing nations. The organization aims to build four freshwater wells for a school, ensuring a supply of healthy, safe drinking water for the next 20 years.
As a contributing author to this travel e-book series and a Campaign Ambassador, I’m asking you, dear readers, to lend your support to this amazing cause.
