True true. Although I didn’t spot many deisgner toys while I was living in northern China. The convenience stores here in Taiwan always have some new brand on their shelves though.

Aren’t there any designer toy shops in Australia?

Gotta love Chinese toys! I’ve never been to Taiwan, but I used to live in China and you just find the strangest / coolest stuff, including the toys – perhaps especially the toys!

I miss that, now that we’re back in the Australia. So will my daughter come Christmas time – no I guess she won’t, she won’t really know what she’s missing…

I’m so glad to see that you mentioned the TTF! I went on opening day and yesterday… I think this year’s festival is fantastic and even better than last year’s. The new space gives exhibitors a lot more leeway in how they plan their booths. I think I managed to restrain myself well this year, but I still managed to pick up a few really cool toys. I’m looking forward to seeing your acquisitions!
