ooh so hard to pick, all are great
Ah, I was thinking about opening dances last week while driving to work – that’s because “Into my arms” from Nick Cave was on, I love that song, might be my pick. But then again the opening dance is really personal to the couple, isn’t it? If I’d married my first boyfriend it would have been the song we first kissed on, Foo Fighters’ Everlong, not very danceable
My male best friend once mentioned Air’s “Playground Love” for his highschool sweetheart. And with my last ex it would have been “The Killing Moon” by Echo and the Bunnymen.
-> you see I gave it a lot of thought, it’s a long drive to work
I’d pick one that meant a lot to the both of you. Apart from that, I love the old classics (Sinatra, Presley, etc).
It’s so hard to decide. I’ve heard many songs from this list. If I were you I would choose Frank Sinatra. Old classics have plenty of charm.
you missed the best two: not fire, not ice by ben harper and the luckiest by ben folds
It was hard to pick. There are so many great songs. We ended up dancing to “If Ain’t Got You” by Alicia Keys.
nothing else matters-metallica.(:
Oh yeah! Great choice!
My Dad just got married – he and his bride danced to At Last by Etta James –
Well, anyway….
