Super Writer: Hedy Chen
Hedy has only been studying with me since January, but she writes the most amazing stories. She’s a terrific student with a passion for writing, and she has the kindest heart. She’s always willing to help other students. She gives advice freely and is probably one of the best editors in our class because she understands the importance of positive and negative feedback. Whenever she submits something she’s edited, I love reading her comments. She’s always honest and says why she doesn’t like something. Then she gives advice to make the story better. Hedy’s stories are funny and heartwarming. I’m really glad that she came to Gram this year. She makes class a lot of fun.

Hedy Chen was born in Banciao City, Taiwan. She lives in Shu-lin City with her family and she’s an elementary school student in Shu-lin Elementary School. Hedy is eleven years old and she has studied English for seven years. English is her favorite subject in school. Hedy likes to write fantasy stories the most because she like to use her imagination to create interesting stories.
