It was nice to see you two. I’m sorry we were both so out of it. We’d been running around all day trying to tie up loose ends for the wedding and we were feeling a little zapped when we saw you. We’re looking forward to seeing you on the 25th. And, it was lovely to meet Miss Olivia for the first time in person. Her photos don’t do her justice!

hey carrie, it was nice seeing you and john yesterday. we ended up staying there until 9:30pm and acutally ran into another blogger. anyways, i meant to say congratulations on your new job but forgot to do so. so, CONGRATS! see you guys in hukou in a couple weeks.

That’s why it’s in quotation marks! ;-P

The job is here in Taipei and we’ll be remaining here for at least another 3-5 years since John is planning to do his IMBA next year. Actually, we’re really not convinced returning to North America is the best option. We’re quite happy where we are. However, I’m really looking forward to a vacation at home with family and friends. It’s been awhile since my last visit home.
