Taiwan Photographers is one year old this month and we’re celebrating with some changes! The first and biggest is our move from Blogger to WordPress. I started out with Blogger last year because I wanted to compare how the two platforms work. But after a year and a lackluster performance on my part with Blogger, I decided to move it over. I just couldn’t get into the Blogger blogging platform. I don’t think it even comes close to comparing with WordPress. I find WordPress easier to use. The dashboard system is sleek. WordPress has amazing support, a terrific and ever-growing selection of hip new themes to choose from and overall, I just like the look of WordPress blogs better.
I have re-discovered the joys of working with WordPress once again this weekend, and the result is a spiffy new look for Taiwan Photographers and a some newfound excitement for taking it to the next level. I’m going to be introducing some new ideas over the next year. Keep a close watch out for what comes next and be sure to change our address on your blogroll or add us if you haven’t already!
