I like parks too, I'm from Italy though so nothing comparable to Canada....Although we have what is today called Parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise that is definitrely worth a visit. Not very sponsored, in fact as you say when tourists come here, they are not that interested in parks....but in chirches, museums and so on....Well if you get a chance to visit...it's worth a visit You are lucky, Canadian parks are world wide famous.
